Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 273:18
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Neither the proceedings, nor any part thereof, before the labor commissioner by virtue of the foregoing provisions of this subdivision shall be received in evidence for any purpose in any judicial proceeding before any other court or tribunal.
