Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 369:12
- commission: as used in this title , means the public utilities commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 362:1
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Every public utility issuing stocks, bonds or other evidence of indebtedness subject to the provisions hereof shall file with the commission an account showing, in such detail as the commission shall require, the disposition of the proceeds of such issue.
