Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 376:11
- certificate: means a certificate of public convenience and necessity issued under the provisions of this chapter to a common carrier of passengers by motor vehicle. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 376:2
- department: means the department of safety. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 376:2
Except as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 376:10, the holder of a certificate authorizing regular route operations shall not discontinue operations carried on thereunder without the consent of the department.
