Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 422-B:10
- Department: means the department of transportation. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 422-B:2
- Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
- Subpoena duces tecum: A command to a witness to produce documents.
The department shall have power to subpoena witnesses and administer oaths in any hearing conducted by it, and to compel, by subpoena duces tecum, the production of any pertinent accounts, books, contracts, records, documents, memoranda and papers.
