Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 485-B:7
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
On payment or tender of the damages and expenses agreed upon or assessed, or upon giving bond as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 485-B:1, the owner of the logs or timber may remove the same at any time within 5 months after notice is posted and recorded as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 485-B:6.
