Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 487:41
- Department: means the department of environmental services. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 487:1

There is established in the department of environmental services a state volunteer river assessment program coordinator who shall be a classified employee qualified by reason of education and experience and who shall administer the New Hampshire volunteer river assessment program.
