Terms Used In Tennessee Code 65-4-205
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
All evidence taken by the commission in any such hearing or hearings shall be taken under oath and may be treated as evidence in any court.
