Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 26:8-65
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
- State registrar: means the State registrar of vital statistics. See New Jersey Statutes 26:8-1
The state registrar shall keep a true and correct account of all fees received by him and turn the same over to the state treasurer.
