[This act prescribes penalties for destroying or removing timber or other materials belonging to toll bridges over the Delaware river, for crossing such bridges faster than a walk and for carrying fire, explosives, et cetera, over such bridges and requires vehicles to keep to the right while crossing. The act provided it was to go into effect when ratified by the legislature of the state of Pennsylvania and it was so ratified by Pennsylvania by the act of 1873, April 10, P.L. 69, s. 1.]
