§ 411. Agreements with animal welfare organizations for assistance in emergencies and disasters. The commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with animal welfare organizations at no direct cost to the state to support the prevention of, preparedness for, response to, and recovery from emergencies and disasters affecting animals in New York state.
