In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number seven, running in a northerly and southerly direction, in the municipal corporation of Stratton in Jefferson county shall be known as the “Sheriff Fredrick J. Abdalla Memorial Highway.”
