In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number sixty-five between the intersections of Elm street and Rosedale place, in the municipal corporation of Rossford in Wood county, shall be known as the “Marine Sgt. David R. Christoff Memorial Highway.”
