This section and ORS § 468B.555 shall be known as the ‘Willamette Watershed Improvement Trading Act.’ [2001 c.758 § 1]

468B.550 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 468B or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
