Oregon Statutes 475C.919 – Authority to adopt rules for ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919

(1) The Oregon Health Authority shall adopt rules necessary for the implementation, administration and enforcement of ORS § 475C.770 to 475C.919.

(2) The authority may adopt rules as the authority considers necessary to protect the public health and safety. [Formerly 475B.949]
