  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
All information and reports related to children and families obtained pursuant to this article are confidential as provided in Subchapter VIII, Chapter 33 of Title 20, U.S. Code Annotated. A person who disseminates or permits the unauthorized dissemination of the information or reports is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
