(a) The general assembly finds and declares that victims and witnesses shall have certain rights in this state and that they shall be made aware of these rights.

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 40-38-101

  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
