(a) All contested cases shall be conducted according to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, part 3.(b) The hearing shall be conducted within thirty (30) days of the nursing home’s demand, and an order shall be issued within ten (10) working days after the hearing.
