Terms Used In Tennessee Code 71-2-208
- Department: means the department of human services. See Tennessee Code 71-2-202
- Regional director: means the director of a region under chapter 1, part 1 of this title. See Tennessee Code 71-2-202
All decisions of the department shall be final and shall be binding upon the county involved and shall be complied with by the regional director or a designated agent.
