Terms Used In Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 37.14
- Commission: means the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04
- Liquor: means any alcoholic beverage, other than a malt beverage, containing alcohol in excess of five percent by volume, unless otherwise indicated. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04
The commission shall promulgate rules requiring holders of nonresident seller’s permits to file monthly reports of liquor sold to persons within this state. The reports shall be supported by copies of invoices. The commission shall prescribe and furnish forms for this purpose.
