Terms Used In Texas Code of Criminal Procedure 13A.255
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
An offense under § 32.31, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county in which:
(1) the offense was committed; or
(2) any person whose credit card or debit card was unlawfully possessed or used resides.
