- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
When the person making such threat is brought before a magistrate, he may compel him to give security to keep the peace, or commit him to custody.
