Terms Used In Texas Government Code 411.448
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The alert must include:
(1) all appropriate information that is provided by the law enforcement agency under § 411.446 and that may lead to the apprehension of the missing suspect; and
(2) a statement instructing any person with information related to the missing suspect to contact a law enforcement agency.
