- Bequest: Property gifted by will.
- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
The department is empowered to receive by bequest, gift, or otherwise, money or other personal property for park purposes, to be held and used under § 11-1-105.
