26B-4-210. Severability clause.
(1) |
If any provision of this title or Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 or the application of any provision of this title or Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this title and Laws of Utah 2018, Third Special Session, Chapter 1 remain effective without the invalidated provision or application. |

- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
