58-79-303. Term of registration — Expiration — Renewal.
| (1) | The division shall issue each registration under this chapter in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle established by rule. |
| (2) | Each registration automatically expires on the expiration date shown on the registration unless the registrant renews the registration in the same manner as a licensee renews a license under Section 58-1-308. |
