63G-6a-604. Processing of bids — Changes to bids not allowed.

A procurement unit:
Terms Used In Utah Code 63G-6a-604- Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Procurement: means the acquisition of a procurement item through an expenditure of public funds, or an agreement to expend public funds, including an acquisition through a public-private partnership. See Utah Code 63G-6a-103
| (a) |
shall accept bids as provided in the invitation for bids; and |
| (b) |
may not open a bid until after the deadline for submitting bids. |

| (2) |
A person who submits a bid may not, after the deadline for submitting bids, make a change to the bid if the change is prejudicial to:
| (a) |
the interest of the procurement unit; or |
