63H-7a-701. Investment of authority funds.

(1)	The state treasurer shall invest all money held on deposit by or on behalf of the authority.

Authority: means the Utah Communications Authority created in Section 63H-7a-201. See Utah Code 63H-7a-103
Board: means the Utah Communications Authority Board created in Section 63H-7a-203. See Utah Code 63H-7a-103
State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

(2)	The board may provide advice to the state treasurer concerning investment of the money of the authority.
