Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 13 Sec. 2902

  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 2902. Subornation of perjury

A person who is guilty of subornation of perjury by procuring another person to commit the crime of perjury shall be punished as provided in section 2901 of this title.
