  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 1956. Remedy not exclusive

This chapter does not abridge the right of a person to waive, release, disclaim, or renounce property or an interest therein under any other provisions of law. (Added 1985, No. 130 (Adj. Sess.).)
