I was awarded Spousal support in my divorce along with a home. Due to poor financial decisions during our marriage I was unable to get the loan into my name so it remains in both of our names. The house is in poor condition and upon much research i decided to let the house go into foreclosure. Since doing so my former wife has withheld the spousal support in order to pay the mortgage in essence stopping the foreclosure proceedings. There is no contingency in our agreement saying I get the spousal support if I maintain or keep the home. Is this legal or can I file a contempt of court order. Thank you for any information
