Any person who interferes with the State Entomologist or his assistant in the performance of his duties under the provisions of sections 22-98, 22-99 and 22-100, or any person, firm or corporation which violates any of the provisions thereof, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars. Any person aggrieved by any order issued under the provisions of said sections may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of § 4-183.

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
