2023 North Carolina General Statutes 14-159.14. Lesser included offenses

The offenses created by this act shall constitute lesser included offenses of breaking or entering as provided in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-54 and N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-56 (1987, c. 700, s. 1.)
