2023 North Carolina General Statutes 52C-1-102. State tribunal and support enforcement agency

(a) The General Court of Justice, District Court Division, is the tribunal of this State.

(b) The Department and the county child support agencies under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 110-141 are the support enforcement agencies of this State. ?(1995, c. 538, s. 7(c); 2015-117, s. 1.)
