Except for information described in Alaska Stat. § 21.86.100(b)(3) and except for trade secrets, privileged, confidential commercial, or financial information as determined by the director, all applications, filings, and reports required under this chapter, including annual financial statements that are required under Alaska Stat. § 21.86.080, are public documents.
