Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 29.55.145

  • municipality: means a political subdivision incorporated under the laws of the state that is a home rule or general law city, a home rule or general law borough, or a unified municipality. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(2) one or more municipalities to implement or administer jointly a program under Alaska Stat. § 29.55.100; if two or more municipalities jointly implement a program, a single public hearing held jointly by the cooperating municipalities is sufficient to satisfy the requirement of Alaska Stat. § 29.55.100(b)(3).
