- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
The principal on such bond shall be liable to every person for any damage caused by the negligence of the principal or of the principal’s agents, notwithstanding the execution of the bond.
