- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Nothing in sections 208.450* to 208.480 shall be deemed to affect or in any way limit the tax exempt or nonprofit status of any hospital granted by state law.
