Terms Used In Michigan Laws > Chapter 408 > Act 137 of 1885 - Legal Day's Work

  • Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
