Terms Used In Indiana Code 24-5-14.5-2

  • caller identification service: means any service or device designed to provide the user of the service or device with the telephone number of, or other information regarding the origination of, a call made using a telecommunications service or interconnected VOIP service. See Indiana Code 24-5-14.5-3
  • interconnected VOIP service: has the meaning set forth in 47 C. See Indiana Code 24-5-14.5-4
  • telecommunications service: has the meaning set forth in 47 U. See Indiana Code 24-5-14.5-8
   Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “caller identification information” means information provided by a caller identification service regarding the telephone number of, or other information regarding the origination of, a call made using a telecommunications service or interconnected VOIP service.
