Sec. 1. As used in this chapter:
(b) “Accident and sickness insurance” means any policy or contract of insurance described in classes 1(b), 2(a), 2(b), or 2(l), as defined in IC 27-1-5-1.
(a) “Commissioner” means the insurance commissioner of Indiana.
