- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
The name of each limited liability partnership as set forth in the certificate of limited liability partnership shall comply with the provisions of Title 1, Subtitle 5 of this article.
