Terms Used In 15 Guam Code Ann. § 2357

  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
a decedent, at the time of his death, was possessed of a contract for the purchase of real property, his interest in such property and under such contract may be sold by his personal representative, in the same manner as if the decedent had died seized of such property, and the same proceedings may be had for that purpose as are prescribed in this Chapter for the sale of property of which the decedent died seized, except as provided in Sections 2359 and 2361 of this Chapter.
