e notice to the creditors of the decedent required by Section 2503 of this Title shall be published in not fewer than three (3) consecutive issues of a daily newspaper of general circulation in the territory of Guam. If the personal representative neglects to give notice promptly, the Superior Court of Guam may in its discretion revoke his letters and appoint some other person in his stead. If the personal representative dies, resigns or is removed after the publication has been completed but before the time to file or present claims has expired, the time to file or present claims is not extended. In such case the claimant may file his claim with the Clerk of the Superior Court or present it to the new personal representative, at the latter’s residence or place of business, within the time limited in the notice published by the former personal representative.
