COMMENT: The only substantive alteration made to § 910 of the Probate Code of Guam (1970) is the addition of the language following the semicolon in subsection (a). The purpose of this addition is to prevent the imposition of double com- missions/fees for less than double work on the part of a personal representative cum attorney.
