Terms Used In 19 Guam Code Ann. § 9111
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
On the death of one or two or more joint guardians, the power continues to the survivor until a further appointment is made by the court.
