Terms Used In South Carolina Code 58-27-2140
- commission: means the Public Service Commission of this State. See South Carolina Code 58-27-10
- commissioner: means one of the members of the Public Service Commission of this State. See South Carolina Code 58-27-10
- Reporter: Makes a record of court proceedings and prepares a transcript, and also publishes the court's opinions or decisions (in the courts of appeals).
- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
A full and complete record shall be kept of all proceedings had before the Commission or any commissioner on any formal hearing, and all testimony shall be taken down by a reporter appointed by the Commission.
