No person shall sell, offer for sale or label or advertise for sale, as “alcohol” without qualification, any fluid or solid which is not ethyl alcohol free from denaturing substances and from any other added matter; nor shall any person sell any product or preparation the label of which claims “alcohol” without qualification as an ingredient, unless such alcohol shall be exclusively ethyl alcohol; nor shall any person sell in package form any so-called completely denatured alcohol the container of which does not bear conspicuously the words “Denatured Alcohol.”
