- commission: as used in this title , means the public utilities commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 362:1
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Bonds and notes may be issued under this chapter without the consent of any department, division, commission or agency of the state or of any political subdivision thereof and without any proceedings or the happening of any other conditions or things than those proceedings, conditions or things which are specifically required therefor by this chapter. Except as expressly provided in this chapter, N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 33 shall not apply to the issue of bonds and notes hereunder. The provisions of this chapter authorizing the issue of bonds and notes shall not be deemed to preclude the issue of bonds and notes under any other authority.
