No insurer or reinsurer may continue to utilize the services of a reinsurance intermediary on and after January 1, 1993, unless utilization is in compliance with the Reinsurance Intermediary Act.

Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 44-5613
- Insurer: shall include all companies, exchanges, societies, or associations whether organized on the stock, mutual, assessment, or fraternal plan of insurance and reciprocal insurance exchanges. See Nebraska Statutes 44-103
