Affiliated insurer shall mean an insurer who directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another person.

- Affiliated insurer: shall mean an insurer who directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another person. See Nebraska Statutes 44-6403
